EDITED: I'm updating my original review to a worthy 5-stars because Northshore Exteriors went above and beyond to immediately address a frustrating situation. After seeing my original post, the project manager was at my house the same day to evaluate the needed repairs. Then, he fixed everything the next day, not only color-matching the siding, but extended the needed repairs higher and wider than I expected, all to ensure a weather-safe seal. Plus, the 120 year old exposed wood is now safely enclosed within a metal soffit.... a repair high up in the eaves that I've stared at for four years wondering how/who/when it could possibly be fixed.They have definitely earned my respect and future business. We all struggle with staffing issues and their company recently took a few bumps. In such a difficult business environment, I'm impressed with their sincere desire to be of service to their customers. Moreover, I'm very grateful for a professional response that left me feeling better taken care of than I ever anticipated and a 120 year old home that is once again snug against the elements. Thank you!

I've tried twice to schedule a consultation with them for roof, siding and soffit repairs. The first time, I took the day off work to accommodate their time frame. They never showed up. They promised to have their team out to my house the following Monday at the same time. Took another day off work to wait for them. Once again, their team never showed. Moving on to another company that actually wants my business.

I had some issues receiving a quote for siding. I am happy to say this business remedied the situation immediately, which I appreciate so much. They are a company that cares about their customers.
